Georgia Fitzgerald
Georgia Fitzgerald is the Associate Director at The Juice Academy. A not-for-profit Digital Marketing Apprenticeship programme. Which was founded in 2013 to fill the digital skills gap and create good quality careers for young people.
We at Your FLOCK have always loved the apprenticeship ideology . And originally our digital coach was going to be for apprentices (it might well become so again.)
But back to Georgia.
Who is also:
– A voluntary Enterprise Advisor through the Greater Manchester Combined Authority.
– A committed member of the Skills Committee at pro-manchester.
– On the board of the North West Apprentice Ambassador Network.
All this is about continually working hard to raise awareness about apprenticeships throughout the North West.
You would imagine that her values would be tied into caring and personal growth. And this is what we find as The Juice Academy as a highly engaged team have the following qualities:

Values that are important to The Juice Academy – as Georgia puts it herself:

The Juice Academy is on a mission.
This mission is educating the next generation of digital creatives. And supporting employers with their digital content marketing.
The Juice Academy.
The Juice Academy is the UK’s first industry-led digital apprenticeship programme. And was created for two reasons:
– to help towards filling the digital skills gap
– and to create good quality careers.
Whilst working full time with their employer. Apprentices who study with them are trained by industry professionals. Whilst their apprentices work towards a Level 3 Junior Content Producer Standard.
96% of their apprentices are offered permanent employment at the end of the programme. And over the past 8 years, they have created over 400 jobs. And have seen the huge benefits it brings to the employers, the apprentices and in turn our society.
The Juice Academy specialises in finding and nurturing creative talent. Businesses get the opportunity to invest in budding talent across the Nation. In particular the North West where Your FLOCK is also based. And aspiring digital marketers have a chance to work with businesses from all different sectors.
The Juice Academy wants to make the world a better place. And not just for apprentices – which is a mission we at Your FLOCK are also a part of. With Georgia at the helm. And the team underneath her. Doing amazing things. We can only see The Juice Academy getting bigger and bigger.
