SOME BOOKS FOR YOUR HOLIDAY READING LIST FROM YOUR FLOCK.

And it’s co founder… Dan Sodergren.

We have changed this list to bring in more women.

As Toby Moore rightly pointed out on LinkedIn.

“The diversity of thinking we need only changes, when the representation of ideas we get to experience changes too.”

And to be honest, we never noticed HOW many books we had that were written only by blokes. Scary.

Also please note some of these books are controversial and from authors that some of you might not like. We promise you – we at Your FLOCK (and our team engagement platform) don’t vouch for them as people or their personal opinions on everything.

But at the time – they wrote some amazing books.

Which are very relevant for now… and about employee engagement, positive company cultures, and the employee experience and how to keep your staff happy and increase employee retention – which is what we are all about at Your FLOCK.
