Nicky Shepard uses YourFLOCK for her team. As her purpose in life is to help make the world a better place. She believes that by making changes as individuals, we are able to create change on a larger level.

Nicky is passionate about creating impact and bringing light to the world. With her experience of founding companies, working as a strategic consultant, in community development and as a political candidate.

Nicky currently sits on two charity boards as a trustee. She is an Ambassador for Born to Be Beautiful. Born to be Beautiful is a charity that teaches beauty therapy training and skills to victims of abject poverty. Nicky is committed to helping to raise the profile for the charity and the important work they do.

Nicky Shepard is also the CEO of Abbey People – that works within the most deprived area of Cambridge, an area which has become more deprived between 2015 and 2019. Abbey People aims to develop community cohesion and support the most at-risk in this deprived area.

Knowing all this about what she does – it should not surprise You that her YourFLOCK team is all about Caring, Teamwork and being Customer focused. With such great social impact goals we could see why her team has these values too. And a great team alignment score.

Nicky, my herself, is also an experienced trainer and public speaker. Who can host events and can prepare a motivational talk as she loves large public-facing events.
