Hannah Beko is a powerhouse of a person.

She is a:

  • lawyer,
  • corporate trainer,
  • speaker,
  • business owner,
  • wife
  • and mum to three amazing boys.

Her life story is one of continuous and momentous change. And self discovery. But it wasn’t always so… As she says herself: 

“By the age of 35 I’d achieved more than I’d ever expected. The dream house, supportive husband, (then) two beautiful boys, and a successful legal business. But, I felt like I was letting everyone down, including myself. I thought I was living my dream, but I didn’t sleep well at night, was starting to suffer from the symptoms of chronic stress and I certainly didn’t feel happy.”  

And those of us that know us. Know that Your FLOCK is on a mission to make more than a million people be happier at work. And so Hannah’s story of past unhappiness affects us. She was the reason why our co founder attended her new book launch:

Hannah combines a unique blend of hands-on experience of the pressures of the role. And the concerns of your normal law firm. Combines together with her facilitation of support and discussion groups within the profession. She has a wealth of experience and understanding.
