COUCH Health is a creative health engagement agency that has purpose at its heart. That purpose is driven by a very personal experience. In 2002, one of our founders lost their father to prostate cancer:

In the post-pandemic world for our client we identified the following trends:
- A changing company culture which was not retaining their top talent.
- A need for team leaders and management to recognise this situation.
- That people were leaving the business due to the great resignation.

COUCH Health signed up to our Team Togetherness Programme. This is a six-month progamme designed to help give team leaders and management the data they need to fix their company culture.
Your FLOCK was one of the many initiatives COUCH Health took to improve its growth and performance.
They first used our 5-Minutes Research-Based Survey. To identify the core values of each individual to find out what motivates them the most at work.
Then, they collected 1-Minute Fortnightly Feedback from the team uniquely personalised to each individual and their values.
On the back of this employee-led feedback, Your FLOCK sent COUCH Health fortnightly 1-Page Reports to Ash. Presenting the overview of team engagement, opportunities for employee praise, and quick actions like ‘Share customer feedback’, or ‘Discuss any new skills/things they would like to learn.’
