Lourdes Malacara Estrada is a learning and development advisor for Your FLOCK

She is a Learning Specialist / Problem Solver / Agile with her thinking and remote working.

Which is what she does here at Your FLOCK advising us on the learning acitivies for our users.

She has experience in instructional design, collaborative learning, teamwork, active learning, problem-based learning, technology-enhanced learning, self-regulated learning, and as a learning facilitator.

She also has joined different projects and hackathons in which I had the opportunity to collaborate with interdisciplinary and international teams to solve problems in different areas, and to find creative and feasible solutions. One of them, of course being us at Your FLOCK, but there are many others globally as well.

Her natural roles in the teams are:

* Building trust among team members
* Supporting the implementation of design thinking
* Facilitating and promoting collaboration and empathy
* Planning and organizing
