Bridgets passion is developing talent. Which is why she is such a great fit here, working remotely, at YourFLOCK.
She is driven by an internal desire to improve. Her eye views things through a lens of, “modifying XYZ would make this more powerful and memorable”. This applies to new hire on boarding, creating emotional intelligence presentations, facilitating empathy mapping classes, and call center technical training to name a few of my recent projects.

Off the clock I press the reset button by heading to the “free local gym” aka the beautiful San Diego coast. Soaking in the oceanview while passing my community neighbors walking their dogs brings me smiles for miles.”
She also loves public speaking – as she says “What’s the greatest fear in life? Public speaking – for some. I thrive when speaking in front of audiences, the larger the better, in person and virtually. Being in the presence of others energizes me.”
